Strange Fact: Ford had a problem in Brazil when
the Pinto flopped. The company found out that Pinto was Brazilian
slang for "tiny male genitals". Ford pried all the nameplates
off and substituted Corcel, which means horse!

Group 1 RS2000 Pinto
In classes where induction is limited to a two-barrel carb,
some form of Stub Stack is essential for maximum output. The
entry device shown here was worth 5 horsepower on a 2 liter
Pinto circle track engine.
Port Terminology
Piper's twin-cam conversion provides even more potential for
the Pinto engine.
